Please be informed that the construction around the hotel is a long term project type not easy to get the time frame for each one.
However, IC Marina ( newly coming InterContinental hotel on left side from the beach behind Byblos Sur Mer restaurant) will open by January 2020.
On a side note, please be informed that the major noisy activity has been completed such as dredging, sheet piling and rock revetment for all projects around. The remaining activity will be the infrastructure work only, which is having a minor visual and noise impact on our hotel guests. On a side note, we are taking the noise and water quality measures throughout the construction period to ensure all the results are complying with the Abu Dhabi Environmental Agency guidelines and any deviation will be reported on spot".
The beach operates normally and open for the guests. There is no any construction on the beach. You can not hear any noise nether to be disturbed visually.
Alternatively, we have temperature control swimming pool with the swim up bar and kids pool on the 3rd floor of the hotel open normally. Same as the kids pools at the Bayshore open normal working hours.
