Many people's favourite is Kimonos, a two-storey Japanese restaurant built right into the side of a sheer cliff, where an entertaining chef whips up sizzling Teppenyaki dishes right in front of you. But then there is also the stunning Pitons, modelled on St Lucia's renowned twin peaks, with its grand circular dining room beneath a cone-shaped wooden dome, or the open-sided Neptune's Restaurant, overlooking the beach and offering classic Mediterranean cuisine to the sound of crashing waves.
