The signature colour pink -- the resort's branding technique -- can be seen everywhere - the parasols on the beach, the restaurants, the flower arrangements. The main restaurant L'Acajou -- French for mahogany -- offers gourmet French and Mediterranean dining in a romantic beachfront setting, with two open-air levels of seating, table candles and oil lamps on walls, making the pink and white motif look spectacular. Bajan Blue is located on the lower terrace, and as well as offering more informal beach-side dining with an impressive wine list, hosts spectacular buffet evenings and an unmissable Sunday Brunch.
