Dotted around the gardens, the 40 suites are linked together by redbrick paths that meander through frangipani, mussenda, hibiscus and tropical palms.
The standards of excellence are well maintained by the superb Camelot Restaurant, renowned as one of the best on the island and six times winner of the Barbados Gold Award, as well as many international accolades. The restaurant is situated at the edge of the beach, overlooking the Caribbean Sea, a perfect setting for the delectable menus created from fresh local ingredients by the Michel Roux-trained Executive Chef. Every Tuesday evening there is a not-to-be-missed dining experience, when the hotel hosts a barbecue buffet night, and also not to be missed is the hotel's notorious "Cobbler's Cooler", a killer concoction of Caribbean fruits with multiple Bajan rums, from the elegant Poolside Bar.

There are just 40 suites, each individually designed. All have a balcony or patio, and feature air conditioning, overhead fans, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, living room with sofa bed, mini safe, hairdryer, iron and board, direct dial telephone, complimentary WiFi. There is a TV in the hotel lounge, but in order to preserve the tranquil atmosphere, there are no TVs in the suites.
